Mary-Ann is who inspired me to begin a healthy journey years ago. It’s taken a while but I am finally winning! Her “100 Days to Health” email program changed my life.
Her marinated mushrooms is a favourite of mine. I made a big batch and used it a little at a time throughout the week, so that I could increase the amount of raw foods I am eating. I did adapt it though; I did not add as much oil as her original recipe calls for.
Can be refrigerated for about 4 days.
